i wannnnnnaaa go on vacation! heh I like this song by Madonna. I have a friend, I won't name names (*cough* Jess *cough*) that used to think that the words to the song were "last night I dreamt of some bagels" instead of "last night i dreamt of san pedro" muhaaha!

So ladies and gentlemen, it is time for me to face the music. Two things. One is making the appointment for my wisdom teeth, which I shouldn't put off any longer and the second is talking about the grades I got this year in university, which I have also been putting off as much as possible. I feel robbed about this semester. I can't really explain it but it feels like I put a lot more effort in to things then I got back.
So this are my grades...

Semester 1:

Medical Anthropology: B
Greek Mythology: B+
Economics of the Environment: A-
Introduction to Social Work: A
Public Social Services in Canada: A

Semester 2:

Anthropology of Development: B
Introduction to African History: B+
Introduction to Psychological Statistics: A-
Introduction to Practicum: B+
Legal Problems of the Poor: A-

The intro to practicum class is the one that I am most upset about. I had an A in that class until the final paper... The thing is, i thought my final paper was pretty good. That is what I don't like about school. One person gets to assign you a grade as arbitrarily as they please. Who are they to judge, you know? Just because it's not the way they would have approached things, does not mean that they are not good. I mean not that a B is even bad... just... Ya ok I'm too picky and hypercritical and yadda yadda but man... I like As ok? It's just the way I am and I really tried.
I guess in a way, it's good that McGill doesn't give out A+s cuz then I would been even more anal about everything. arg.
Right... so about those wisdom teeth... I DON"T WANNA GO , I don't wanna call!!! Help! Au Secours!!!! ahhhH!!! DIOS MIO! *hides in corner under a blanket* why do i even have to have wisdom teeth in the first place. Merde!
