Powerless
So I got this thing in the mail that I had to pick up something from the post office. I was all curious and everything. I got it today and it's a fucking thing saying that I have to go to court... like criminal court. Oh boy... Right so I don't know if anyone remembers when i got that fine on the train from the wannabe cop (for ACCIDENTALLY buying the wrong train ticket, ya i at least tried to get the right one, and for a difference of like 50 cents, he gave me like a 100 something dollar fine) ya well I contested it because everyone said it was rediculous and I shoudln't pay that. So today I get this thing giving me a day to show up in criminal court on august 23rd to plea not guilty AND it says that if I am found guilty I will not only be responsible for the fine but I will have to pay the fees for the whole fucking court thing. DO I WANT TO GO TO COURT in the first place. I just don't want to pay that freaking crazy fine. I TOLD THE GUY I WOULD EVEN PAY the difference, like it was truly a mistake because they had just changed the rules and stuff... Does it look like i take the train to Roxboro everyday? So ya... either I try the thing at court and risk having to pay more than the fine OR I change my mind an plead guilty and GIVE THEM an extra 25 dollars. WHAT THE FUCK?!?!
So for contesting it, taking the time to write a letter in both french and english and mailing it and everything, I get told that ya, either go to court or plead guilty and give us an extra 25 dollars on top of everything else. OMG i want to scream. I wanted to go to court but my aunt and granny are saying no becayse I can't afford it and all that. GOD DAMMIT Where is Sandy Cohen when you need him? I don't know anyone who is a laywer so I don't have any real advice to go on but fuck. Just to pay for this thing it's like me working a whole weekend. A whole weekend of my life to these asshole for like 50 bloody cents. wow ok, ya i'm angry. The whole idea of ya, if you plead guilty now, you can also give us 25 dollars , realy really bothers me. AND me go to criminal court for buying the wrong train ticket?!? You would think they have better things to do in the courts and that this really could have been settled like on the phone or something. I'm pretty sure the whole thing is set up that way on purpose, so people are powerless to do anything but give them money. well a big fuck you goes out to the palais de justice and whoever else is behind this!
oh, I had fun at Jess' last night, btw. She said I am better at driving now and next time we are actually gonna go out onto the street. Driving standard is hella fun and I can't wait to be a pro. I didn't even make the car shake or shall this weekend. W0ot W00t! ya so I worked tonight, wasn't so bad. I am getting the sneaking suspicion that the boss from belgium thinks i'm kinda funny instead of just a big idiot. He always teases me and stuff but in like a nice joking kinda way. So we'll see. That's kool if he does cuz otherwise i'm SOOO nervous around him. i dunno why. Oh and another thing... I've thought that I could have mild dsylexia for years now and i'm pretty sure I do. In french i just can't do that 40 and 80 , i always hesitate and in english say like it's 6 75 or 657 , I always mix up the order of the 7 and the 5. In math i remember doing that also. So i dunno.. Hahah The Dsylexic Cashier... I think that will be my new msn name. That or miracle max or fanny flag (don't ask, just nod your head and continue). I work tomorrow from 12- 9 pm HORRIBLE SHIFT! but whatever, i'll just deal with it because I didn't work at all last weekend, although i was sick so it wasn't a vacation or any sort. But ya... coming up soon, I'm taking a week or two off work. If not I'm gonna go mental. And next saturday I work at 8 am!! Can everyone gimme a be EWWW instead of can i get a what what??
